Concentration

concentration = vial_amount ÷ reconstitution_volume

Example: 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL

Draw Volume

draw_volume = target_amount ÷ concentration

Example: 0.25 mg ÷ 2.5 mg/mL = 0.1 mL

U-100 Syringe Units

units = draw_volume × 100

Example: 0.1 mL × 100 = 10 units

Unit Conversion

1 mg = 1000 µg

Example: 250 µg = 0.25 mg
